Report a name

1. PROFILE → ACCOUNT → REPORT A NAME, type the captain name, REPORT.
2. Or tap the captain in FRIENDS: REPORT NAME or BLOCK.

Delete your account

PROFILE → ACCOUNT → DELETE ACCOUNT. It cannot be undone. Can’t open the game? Write to us with your captain name. What is deleted

Link a device

Easiest: save your captain with Apple or Google in PROFILE → ACCOUNT → SAVE CAPTAIN, then on the new device PLAY ONLINE → SIGN IN. Or use a code:

1. On the device with your captain: PROFILE → ACCOUNT → LINK A DEVICE → SHOW A CODE.
2. On the new device: PLAY ONLINE → USE A CODE, type the code, LINK. (A device that has a captain: PROFILE → ACCOUNT → LINK A DEVICE → ENTER A CODE.)

Coins

Coins not there after a purchase? Close the game and open it again. Still missing: write to us with the store’s order number.

Refunds are the store’s: Apple or Google Play’s order history.

Captain names

No insults, hate, sexual words, real people’s names or personal details. A name that breaks this may be replaced.
